POWER OUTAGES:
Even if you have power at home, we may not have power feeding
the remote that your cable service is fed out of.
If your cable is out, and you do have power, our help line for outages
is 537.HELP(4357).
SNOWY PICTURE:
Make sure your connections are tight on the back of your set.
(Especially if you have moved your set recently.)
Check all TV’s in the house, is the snowy picture on all sets or just one. If
you have added your own cable runs or splitters, they may not be
compatible with our service.
Unhook other equipment (vcr, video games,etc.) and take our cable
feed directly to your TV set. If picture clears up, then the trouble lies
with your own equipment.
DIGITAL TROUBLE:
If you have a digital box, please make sure you have your television
on channel 3.
When using the remote, please make sure the cable button is pushed
first before changing channels with the remote.
If your remote is not working, make sure you check the batteries. (Your
remote takes 2 AAA.)
